Robin Eggs Fudge

Robin Eggs Fudge is the easiest Easter dessert and it only takes three ingredients. Creamy white chocolate fudge mixed with crunchy Robin Eggs candy makes the perfect sweet treat for spring parties, Easter dessert trays, or a quick homemade candy.

Supplies Needed
  

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Robin Eggs crushed

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the white chocolate chips to a large mixing bowl, then heat in 30 second intervals in the microwave until fully melted. (or use the double boiler method if you prefer)
  • Quickly stir in the sweetened condensed milk, and the Robin Eggs.
  • Pour into the pan, smooth out, and top with additional crushed Robin Eggs if desired.
  • Chill for 3-4 hours, or until firm and set.
  • Cut into 25 pieces, 5 rows across and 5 rows down.
