1 box lime gelatin 6 oz / 170 g 2 cups boiling water 480 ml 2 cups cold water 480 ml 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream 360 ml 3 tablespoons powdered sugar Optional toppings: green sprinkles lime zest, or crushed green candy
Prepare the gelatin In a medium bowl, combine the lime gelatin with boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved.
Add the cold water, mix well, and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Assemble the parfaits Spoon or pipe a layer of whipped cream over the set gelatin.
Repeat layers of gelatin and whipped cream until the glasses are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
