  • Marshmallow Fluff
  • Strawberry Milk
  • Sprinkles
  • Plastic Cups

Instructions
 

  • Using the fluff, create a heart on the inside of the cup.
  • Coat the rim of the glass with fluff and roll in sprinkles.
  • Pour in the strawberry milk.
